Q. What are the basic requirements my computer must meet in order to run MiLB multimedia products?

A. The MiLB site runs in most browsers for most operating systems. However, some features may be limited or unavailable if you are running from a configuration that is not recommended. The following profiles are recommended for the optimal browsing experience.

NOTE:

• Mac Safari browser users will experience slowness for portions of the site that utilize plug-in technology such as Windows Media Player or Flash Player. This slowness is not specific to MiLB.com but to all websites that use plug-in technologies.

Other general settings:

JavaScript should be turned ON. This is the standard setting for all browsers. The site will not work if JavaScript is turned off.
Cookies should be ENABLED. This is the standard setting for all browsers. If cookies are disabled, you may experience difficulties viewing certain content.
Pop-up and ad blocker should be turned OFF. Some applications, such as the Media Player and Gameday, are launched in a separate pop-up and window. You may not be able to launch these applications properly if you have Pop-up and ad blocker turned on.

Q. What software apps (downloads) must I have in order to run MiLB video?

A. The MiLB.TV Live Media Player is built on Adobe Flash Player and requires Flash Player 10 or higher to function. For better performance we recommend using at least Adobe Flash Player version 10.3 (or higher) or version 11 (or higher), if it is compatible with your system. For an optimal viewing experience we recommend that you install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

Q. What software apps (downloads) must I have in order to run MiLB audio?

A. Gameday Audio comes in WMA format and runs on Windows Media Player version 9.0 or above. Some audio from the 2005 season will play in the native player.

Q. Can I watch MiLB.TV on my phone?

A. MiLB.TV streams and archives are now available on certain mobile devices. Download MiLB First Pitch in the iTunes App Store and log in with your MiLB.TV account to watch live streams and games on demand. Below is a list of supported devices to watch MiLB.TV. (Note: All devices must be using iOS 7.0 or higher for MiLB.TV activation).

• iPod Touch 4th Gen
• iPod Touch 5th Gen

NOTE:

• The Android version of MiLB First Pitch does not support MiLB.TV.

Q. Do MiLB.com multimedia products perform better on certain web browsers?

A. Though the Media Player will run on most browsers, we strongly recommend one of the following browsers to achieve the best performance. If you are limited to using a browser that is not listed here, please make sure to test out the Media Player before purchasing a subscription. We do not provide support for browsers that are not listed below.

Q. How do I ensure optimal performance of MiLB.com Gameday?

A. Gameday will work on most browsers with Flash Player 9 or higher installed. It is recommended that your connection speed be higher than 512 Kbps (equal to low-end DSL or better).

For Internet Explorer, follow these simple steps:

a) From the top toolbar of your browser, click "Tools" then "Internet Options" then "Settings"
b) Under the statement "Check for newer version of stored pages," click on "Every visit to the page"
c) Click OK to return to your browser
